Shipping Policy
We want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Fulfilment and Processing
All orders are fulfilled from our fulfilment centre and are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods this may take a little longer, but we always work to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If you are in a remote or hard-to-reach area and are unsure whether delivery is possible, please get in touch at info@vasceri.com before placing your order and we will confirm.
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to trade restrictions or sanctions under European Union or other applicable international regulations.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier performance.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Local carrier delays
- Peak shopping seasons or public holidays
- Adverse weather or logistical disruptions
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always do our best to make sure your order reaches you promptly.

Shipping Costs
We offer both free shipping and express shipping options. All available options and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount displayed at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged for shipping.

Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also follow the progress of your delivery at any time via our tracking page.
If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time after placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then reach out to us at info@vasceri.com.

Lost, Damaged or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vasceri.com with your order number and any relevant details.
We will investigate the shipment directly with the carrier. If an order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a suitable resolution in line with our obligations and this policy, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Orders are dispatched to the exact address provided at checkout.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package cannot be delivered, the carrier may return it to us or handle it in line with their own policies. In such cases we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, and any reshipment may be subject to additional shipping costs.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@vasceri.com straight away. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, but if it has not yet been processed we will do our best to help.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any such additional charges. We cannot control or predict these fees and unfortunately cannot cover them on your behalf.
If your package is held at customs, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. We will provide any documentation we can reasonably supply to assist, but release decisions rest solely with the relevant customs authority.
