Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we make. If something is not right, we will make it right. No friction, no interrogation. Here is how it works.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We ask only that items are unworn and returned with their original label still attached, in the same condition they arrived in.

To start a return, get in touch with us at info@vasceri.com. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed your request, as items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.

We trust our customers. The process above exists to keep things organised, not to create barriers. If your situation does not fit neatly into any of the above, just reach out and we will find a sensible solution together.

Return Shipping

For standard returns such as a change of mind or sizing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items are returned to our fulfilment warehouse. We will confirm the full return address when we approve your request.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all associated costs. Please see section 3 for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect, visible damage, or the wrong item entirely, we want to hear from you straight away. Send us a photo and your order number at info@vasceri.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

A fault in the product is our responsibility, not yours. We will always sort it.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new one. It keeps things clean and makes sure you get exactly what you are after without any unnecessary waiting.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear. Most arrive sooner, but processing times vary between banks and we appreciate your patience.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
