Returns & Refunds

We want returns to be clear and straightforward. Below you will find everything you need to know about returning an order, receiving a refund and exercising your statutory rights.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

For most online purchases, consumers also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the order is delivered. This statutory right exists independently of our additional 30-day return policy.

During the statutory withdrawal period, you may handle an item to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.

For returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period but within our 30-day voluntary return period, items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with their original labels attached and in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@vasceri.com and include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.

If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason. You simply need to clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period.

After notifying us that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

A reason is never required when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Providing one is entirely optional and simply helps us understand how we can improve.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind or sizing, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

All returns must be sent to our designated returns warehouse in China. Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will not be required to bear the necessary return costs. Please contact us before returning such an item so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vasceri.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue where possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you. Depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, this may include repair where appropriate, replacement, a price reduction or a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have when goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by applicable law. Where an item falls within a legal exception, this will be made clear where required.

Sale or discounted items are not excluded from any statutory right of withdrawal simply because they are discounted.

An item specifically marked Final Sale may be excluded from the additional voluntary portion of our 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, where permitted by law. This never limits any mandatory rights you may have, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once a returned item reaches us, we normally inspect it within 1 to 2 business days.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the applicable amount within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

When an entire order is withdrawn under the statutory withdrawal right, the refund includes the price paid for the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option such as Priority Shipping, the additional amount paid above the standard delivery cost is not required to be refunded.

If only part of an order is returned, the original outbound delivery charge is not normally refundable.

For returns made under our additional voluntary return period after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed. Once we have issued a refund, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to display the funds in your account.

We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our side.
