Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible once an order has been placed. If you need to amend something, contact us at info@vasceri.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will look into it straight away.
Can I place an order as a guest without creating an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating one simply makes it easier to track orders and manage returns in the future.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier performance. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and any applicable costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, get in touch before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your delivery from there at any time.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these fees on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and returned with their original label still attached. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first — we will confirm the process and return address once your request is approved.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@vasceri.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and your reason. We will come back to you with the next steps promptly.
Who covers return shipping costs?
For standard returns such as a change of mind or sizing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all costs — just send us a photo and your order number and we will sort it.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear — most arrive sooner, though this can vary between banks.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. Return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or style you want. It keeps things clean and means you get exactly what you need without unnecessary delays.
Sizing
What sizing do you use?
All Vasceri clothing uses UK sizing as the primary standard. A full size conversion guide covering UK, US, EU and Australian sizes is available on every product page and on our dedicated Size Guide page.
I am between sizes. What should I do?
Check the measurements on the product page and compare them against your own. If you are still unsure, email us and we will advise on fit for that specific piece. We would rather you get it right the first time.

How do I care for my Vasceri garments?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment and detailed on the relevant product page. As a general rule, wash at low temperatures, avoid tumble drying where possible, and store folded rather than hung for knitwear. When in doubt, follow the label.
Will you restock sold-out items?
We work to keep our core range consistently available. If a specific item or size is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it returns on the product page. If you have a specific request, contact us directly and we will let you know what we can do.
Are the colours accurate to what I see on screen?
We photograph our products carefully to represent colours as accurately as possible. That said, colour can vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and settings. If colour accuracy is important to you for a specific piece, feel free to ask and we will do our best to describe it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and any additional payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which handles all payment processing through fully encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We never store your card details.
